done a while back) check it out, it's great! ...looks like

The year was 2374... The Federation was at war with the
Dominion. The Borg threatened the safety of the Alpha
Quadrant. Section 31 was corrupting Starfleet into
submission. There was a great need for a new breed of
ship... a ship that would change everything.
Unfortunately, the Phoenix-X wasn't that ship. In fact,
when the Phoenix-X was launched, it probably made all
those issues even worse.
