A Federation Shuttle Craft from the starship Xena wanders through the newly discovered Tiloniam System. Commander Gotens and Ensign Dan take sensor readings when they stumble upon the Federation Starship Pheonix, Commanded by Captian Daniel X. The two allies have more than conversation to handle when suddenly they're jumped by a small fleet of 20 Jem'Hadar Attack ships with a new weapon...
"Jello Cubes"
The Borg are at it again, but this time  for the Changeling Homeworld. It's up to the newly launched ship Pheonix-X and it's Changeling Captian to assist Starfleet's thinest fleet to destroy the Borg Cube.

Episode Page Two
"Deep Wormhole 9"
The Pheonix-X heads home full of casulties from a big fight. Still woozy, the Pheonix-X causes a freak accident, sending Deep Space 9 into the wormhole. Surprisingly the Station fits inside, the question is, "why?"... Meanwhile the starships Pheonix-X and Xena have to work on a way to get the station out, can it all be done?
"Find Voyager? No problem."
Because of the Pheonix-X's supernatural abilities, it's handed the mission to find Voyager, a Federation ship lost in the Delta Quadrant.

"Florarios III Trade"
The Pheonix-X intercepts a trade deal between a group of Ferengi's and Jem'Hadar soldiers. But there seems to be a trader on board the Pheonix-X...
"Missed the Mishap."
The Pheonix-X encounters a Cardassian vessel after a sudden mishap between them. It seems the Pheonix-X has one of thier people and the Cardassian vessel has the Catian of the Pheonix-X. Can they make the switch without killing eachother?

Episode Page Four
"Cookies"
Everyone on board the Pheonix-X is suddenly knocked unconscious except for the Captian. It's up to him to stop two intruders who intend to take over the ship. But it's not small cookies when the real reason for the intrusion is revealed. The Pheonix-X and a group of Starfleet vessels venture to the Gamma Quadrant to stop a big and new threat.

Still in the Gamma Quadrant, the Pheonix-X is stolen and brought to a hazardous planet.

"The Cloud Aloft"
The Pheonix-X, still trying to get home with ship malfunctions, enters Dominion territory and encounters a mysterous energy cloud.
"Home I"
The Pheonix-X finally arrives home in one piece. While getting a fixer-uper at DS9, Commander Gotens goes to surgery. It's when he wakes up, the ship has left without him.

The Ferengi BOB gets the deal of his lifetime.

Commander Gotens heads for home, the Pheonix-X. Meanwhile Captian Daniel tracks down a spy.

A drugged drink called the Bajoran Trove causes Commander Gotens to get Trill-drunk. Meanwhile, the long awaited meeting for the Captian is started, but instead of the Commander at his side...it's Ensign Dan. The plot thickens when Flortarios III affairs interfere with Federation affairs. But the story of rebellion is not all that's going on here...
